We Are Detectives
We are detectives. We may not carry badges and guns, but we are detectives all the same. Our primary job is to help chiropractors maximize revenue by detecting why claims are denied and fixing them. This is as intense and specific as trying to solve a crime. There is no crime scene, just money to be recovered.
Our team has an innate ability to dig into insurance billing and claims. We are able to discover missing claims along with those that are denied, and we know how to fix them. This is our detective work, digging through clues to solve problems that will help the doctors.

Patti Edwards
Patti Edwards worked in the insurance business for 9 years, and with this experience, understood insurance billing, claims, EOBs, and the other finer parts of the insurance system. She knew she had found her niche. In 2015, Patti began working for a chiropractor with her insurance billing. Soon Patti discovered a skill that she was good at and enjoyed, so she began to reach out to other chiropractors.
To further her knowledge, she watched several chiropractors, learning their procedures and how they related to insurance billing. She found they were not billing for all the techniques they were performing, which caused them to miss additional revenue from the insurance companies. Patti was able to consult the doctors so they could update their billing practices to match with the work they were performing on the patient.
