Batching / Sending Claims

  • Before submitting the claims, we perform claim scrubbing, which involves running the claims through an automated system that checks for errors, discrepancies, or missing information. This helps reduce the chances of claim rejections or denials.
  • We keep track of the submitted claims, ensuring that they reach the insurance companies successfully. We also monitor the status of each claim, following up on any rejections or delays.
